This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Graze By Design, LLC ("Company") and the client ("Client") identified below. By booking our services, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided Graze By Design, LLC agrees to provide custom charcuterie arrangements as specified in the booking confirmation.
2. Booking and Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled event. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made in writing via email or other agreed-upon method at least 96 hours prior to the event.
If the cancellation occurs within the 96-hour window, the deposit will be retained by the Company, and no further charges will apply.
If the cancellation occurs less than 96 hours before the event, the Client will be responsible for 100% of the total cost.
4. Rescheduling The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, provided they are received at least 4 days before the event. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
5. Liability Graze By Design, LLC is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from the consumption of our products. Clients are responsible for notifying the Company of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
6. Delivery and Setup Delivery and setup details, including time and location, will be confirmed prior to the event. The Client must ensure access to the venue at the agreed-upon time. Delays caused by the Client may result in additional fees.
7. Food Safety Graze By Design, LLC ensures all products are fresh and prepared in compliance with food safety standards.
8. Damages to Property The Client is responsible for ensuring the safety of the cart and any equipment provided by Graze By Design, LLC. In the event the cart or equipment is damaged while on the Client's property or event venue, the Client agrees to cover the cost of repair or replacement. The Client is responsible for proper storage and consumption of the products after delivery. We recommend consuming charcuterie within 4 hours of setup.
9. Force Majeure
Graze By Design, LLC is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
10. Agreement Changes Any modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
